Kingyo Sou

And now, as we reach the end of my manga features, I present you with the humble yet heartfelt...

Kingyo Sou

Storyline: 10/10
I love how it's shoujo and it touches on a more mature subject. The relationship between a girl and a handicapped boy is truly one of the most powerful things that I've read about. The storyline is simple and nothing too complicated which makes it stand out. It's also very special and you can really feel the warmth that the mangaka is trying to express.

Characters:10/10
Nobody is perfect and everyone tries their hardest in relationships. The characters of this manga are all such round and realistic characters. They aren't exaggerated in any way at all. Asuka annoyed me a few times though but then I looked more closely and I saw myself in her. You can really relate to these characters or at least feel what they're feeling and their character designs are really cute ^_^

Overall: 10/10
I love Kingyo Sou's simplicity and emotion. The manga has made me cry multiple times even after reading it twice. That's how wrapped up and how affected I am by Asuka and Masami's story. It's just feels so genuine and shows real problems that real couples go through and none of that overly dramatic things that you would normally read in typical shoujo manga. Kingyo Sou taught me many things about relationships and will definitely be a manga that I won't forget. =)

I REALLY want to read til the end of this manga. Unfortunately, the scans aren't as up-to-date =(

Yes. You guessed it. Johannes Krauser II has come to pay a visit.

Detroit Metal City

Storyline: 11/10
Characters: 11/10
Overall: 100/10

Something bad will happen if my ratings aren't at least perfect and above n_n HAHAHAHA

Storyline is just awesome. I LOVE IT! Although it gets abit repetitive at times, it's just so hilarious that you don't even notice at all. You will know what will happen (or at least the way things will flow) but now exactly WHAT will happen. Also, the idea of a double-life with extreme opposites is just hilarious, especially when the evil side comes out when the good side is trying to lead it's life.

Character-wise, they're awesome too. The PUBLIC OBSCENITY HAIRCUT must NOT be underestimated nor frowned upon!!!!! Hahahahah. Character designs are just fucking A. They can't get any better. Their personalities are also beautif- errr...horrifying. :D Different quirks, different issues but they all come together and it's just SO funny.

Everything is just really really funny. That's why I love this manga xD; It's like Kyou Kara Ore Wa but even more vulgar and profane. It has a live action movie and an anime so you can actually HEAR the songs being played. It's really awesome overall. I LOVE DMC.

GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!! GO TO DMC!!

Mirai Nikki

I've been following this for a while now and couldn't see the future of it whatsoever. I wish I had my own...

Mirai Nikki

Storyline: 9/10
It's just so unpredictable and full of WTF moments that it's great. However, because of the vast amount of WTF moments found throughout the manga, Mirai Nikki has pissed me off quite abit. It isn't that bad though and I guess it's good to be slightly annoyed once in a while =P I really like the concept of the game but not so much the violence. The chance to become the god of time and space through a dangerous game requiring merciless bloodshed is just n__n Yeah, Mirai Nikki is pretty good. Although except for the fact that the protagonist always wins somehow despite his wimpy attitude, everything else is just that unpredictable. I wouldn't be able to tell what will happen next or what kind of backstabbing will occur.

Characters: 9/10
Each character is very psycho in their own way and the more important characters have their own back stories which is revealed throughout the manga. They are all also very distinct with their quirks and personalities. Some may be stock-type characters but then there's always something, no matter how little, that screws them up. It's really interesting actually. Now that I think about it, maybe it's a representation of each corner of the human psyche! O___O Okay, maybe I'm just over-thinking things now =P In any case, the character designs are pretty simple. Nothing too special but there are some really unique ones =D Each one fit their personalities pretty well actually =]

Overall: 9/10
The backstabbing and the twists and turns make this such a suspenseful and mind-boggling thriller that a violent and psychologically interested person would absolutely adore it! I'd recommend it to that kind of person (as if it wasn't obvious enough) or just anyone looking for something more interesting. The art is appropriate for every scene, the story is well thought out and the characters are all so special n_n Mirai Nikki will definitely have you guessing what's in store :'D

Skip Beat

Okay. I can't come up with anything for this because then it'll take away from the Storyline section =( Anyway, here's...

Skip Beat

Storyline: 8/10
It just seems impossible. This girl gets into the show business so easily! It's a modern day, rags to riches, Cinderella story with a REALLY spunky girl, a prideful boy and a sophisticated but mysterious man. Yeah, it just seems soo impossible but it happened and the way she went about it was really funny! Although it touches on some general things such as the Japanese yearly events, it does have a bunch of it's own surprises that spices things up alot! Unexpected developments come along and the cliffhangers are placed in the most rage-worthy of places because you REALLY want to know what will happen at times but you can't find out until the next chapter comes out n_n Yeah, it's really addicting xD;

Characters: 8/10
The characters personalities are all pretty expected and their interaction is predictable as well. There is minor development throughout so -1 for that. Each character has their own quirk which makes them unique and lovable. It's really hard to understand what they're thinking sometimes which isn't a bad thing imo. The less predictable, the better! The character design is definitely suited for the bishounen style that both male leads have in both looks and personality *drool* Their chibi versions are just to die for as well. Kyoko looks really off sometimes though o_O Also, the company president is worth mentioning. I think he'd cry if I don't same his name =P Lory Takarada. =D

Overall: 8/10
Filled with many different types scenarios, this manga is really entertaining! It is, after-all, set in the entertainment industry so it HAS to be entertaining. =P It's really funny and really serious at the appropriate times. Would recommend this to those into modern adaptations of Cinderella stories and unorthodox methods of attaining goals. There's an anime adaptation for it but it doesn't capture the whole story since it's only got 25 episodes and the manga is still on-going. I tried watching it but I just got lazy =( Also, my video streaming doesn't seem to work =/

Lost+Brain

This will be my 9th manga feature. I can't believe it! There's 5 left to go, including this so you guys better stay with me till the end =P If you don't, then I might just have to hypnotize you through...

Lost+Brain

Storyline: 9/10
I like it! It's another one of those mangas where it makes you THINK. The -1 came from it's similarities to Deathnote but other than that, Lost+Brain is great! The hypnotism technique to take over the world is something that I haven't seen before so there's a plus for that. But yeah, it really does have a Deathnote feel to it because of the rather extreme methods that the protagonist use to reach his final goal. Also, it's still incomplete so things are rather unpredictable at this point.

Characters: 8/10
-1 for Hiyama Ren being too similar to Light and another -1 for the art looking somewhat similar to that of Deathnote. I really like the whole anti-hero thing that Ren has going on and the pairing of Kuonji Itsuki's ability and character design is perfect! There isn't really much back story to the characters and so far, I haven't seen any sort of character development but with 23 chapters at around 18 pages each, I kinda expected it. I hope to see more from the characters though like, Yuka being more useful and maybe Ren's subordinates betraying him xD

Overall: 8.5/10
I'd recommend this for those who liked Deathnote and discourage comparing them to each other (like how I did =P ) because they are different after all. Personally, I support what Light is doing and what Ren is doing. Though their methods are rather extreme, I kinda feel like sometimes, that's the only way to make the world a better place. Anyway, I'm getting off-topic. Over-all, Lost+Brain has a not-so-unique story but a unique approach to it that stands out. Stuff can get confusing but that's what makes it good :D It doesn't just spoon feed you stuff so easily, you gotta think hard too!

Faster than a Kiss

Time for some lovey-dovey shoujo manga! I wonder if a couple could hold out for this long? I read somewhere that a couple's first kiss was their wedding day so I guess so but imagine the temptation @__@; Anyway, remember that in relationships, sex shouldn't be...

Faster than a Kiss

Storyline: 8.5/10
-1 for typical events being covered such as festivals, Christmas, school trip, etc. -.5 for a somewhat uncommon but still somewhat popular and forbidden student-teacher relationship. This is, however, taken to a higher level and that is..for you to find out! It's really cute though with quite a few surprises. They're also put into really tricky situations but they always manage somehow. Even though it's kind of predictable, you're still put on edge because you don't know if they will be discovered or if someone will rat them out @__@ It's suspenseful in that way. However, the love and affection is evident! <3 It also just isn't about the romance, the family atmosphere is very present and it gives off a warm glow to the manga.

Characters: 9/10
They're all really interactive with each other and the character design is simple but attractive. I LOOOOOOOOVE Fumino's hair n_n Like, I waaaant it. Uhmm, personality wise, Fumino is a tsundere? Or was it yandere... T_T HELP ME KENN D: Ma-kun's resourcefulness is amazing and his back story is nice too. But yeah, they're a really colourful bunch and some characters do have the typical inferiority complexes or insecurity issues but that's to be expected - but I still gave -1 for that =P There is, however, that annoying disease where older characters are drawn looking like they are way younger. ARGH.

Overall: 8.75/10
I really like this manga. It's special in it's own little way and different from the other shoujo mangas. There actually is some meat of a story in there and isn't all the same stuff throughout despite the events that seems to have to happen. I would recommend it for those who love to squeal and daydream about forbidden relationships =) Although still ongoing, there's quite a bit to go on already to hook you into it =)

Bloody Monday 1+2

Now for a change of pace! I'll always be alternating the mangas that I feature depending on their genre and feel that they give off so you guys don't get TOO bored. As you can see in the title, there's a "1+2" meaning that there is a sequel to the first one. This next one is filled with lots of surprises to the point where it becomes ridiculous but still engaging and entertaining and is called...

Bloody Monday

Storyline: 9/10
The story is very interesting and involves alot of components such as action and strategic planning. It's very engaging and entertaining so that's why it's got me hooked. With a formula theme as a base and foundation for the story, the way that the mangaka added a bunch of stuff in to make it more personalized and interesting is done very well. You're definitely kept at the edge of your seats and your brain is active with trying to figure things out. I like this alot about this manga. It's also filled with surprises but like I said, there's so many that you just go "WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?", rage for a bit, accept it after your brain has processed the facts then be a bit moody for the rest of the chapter. However, it's really funny and interesting that way.

The sequel is definitely a continuation and has the same theme and feel but a different story. It's also just as interesting as well.

Characters: 8.5/10
Each, or at least most, characters have a back-story to them so the characters are interesting in their own way. They might have somewhat stereotypical personalities with the always determined protagonist, helpless family member and supportive+composed best friend but they're tweaked with a psychological issue or some kind of issue so it's different from what you'd expect. The art is kind of annoying sometimes but it's okay. Nothing too special and it doesn't really touch me in a way or tell me that it matches with the story somehow.

Overall: 8.75/10
The ability of the mangaka and the way it's presented in the manga to build upon a formula foundation and transform it into something much, much better is very good =D Yes, you may know what's going to happen but no, you don't know how it will happen. It's also a very interesting approach to terrorists and saving the world and whatnot. I would recommend it to those who like action, strategic planning or a mix of both =) Definitely not boring at all!

P.S. Looking for a picture for this post, I found out that it also has a live action version. WTF!! Does everything have a live action version?! Okay, my list is growing back to it's original size. Will check it out if I'm not too lazy or have enough time. =P

Kimi ni Todoke

This next manga is a typical shoujo manga but it's simplicity has captured my heart! Teehee xD It's called...

Kimi ni Todoke

Storyline: 8/10
Very predictable and it follows all the typical events that you need in a shoujo manga such as Valentine's, Christmas and New Year's. It's a shoujo manga that will not fail to meet your expectations. It is complete with love triangles, opposite positions on the social totem pole, standing up to bullying and meddling teachers but it's still really cute! No deep themes. Just your average high school drama. Unfortunately, because of this, it's predictable but it still makes your heart go "SQUEEE" and that's why I like it =) It's not too complicated either and it's a simple plot. It was originally a 7/10 but +1 for simplicity. I realized that I liked this manga because of it's simplicity. A nice contrast to Liar Game which I'm also following.

Characters: 8/10
Once again, a stereotypical set of characters all around so -1 for that. There is minor character development as you see the protagonists growing in their own way along with their friends as well. I like the way they're drawn. It's very mellow looking and Sawako's image suits her character. She's also really cute because of her personality. Kazehaya is *drool* (by now, you guys can probably tell my type haha) ^_^ I forgot what the other -1 was for =( But there's something!! Or maybe I just don't want the overall rating to be so low =P OH YEAH! I REMEMBER NOW. -1 because of the misunderstandings being caused by each character's insecurity =P I hate that.

Overall: 7.5/10
Cute and squeezes a girl's heart! I'd recommend it as a guilty pleasure type read for girls (and boys if you like this stuff). Still ongoing though. Apparently, there's a live-action version :O!! Maybe I'll check it out if I get out of my "too lazy to download" phase. But yeah, it's just really cute and nothing too special but still worth checking out.

7.25.2010

Liar Game

Next up, to keep you guys entertained while I'm still at Nanaimo is probably a more known manga due to it's live action version. It's really interesting and deals with more intellectual stuff and I think that's just awesome. I would be lying if I said that I have a crush on Akiyama. Or would I...?

Liar Game

Storyline: 9.5/10
Although it's all about good vs. evil and justice and whatnot, the storyline used to present these themes is definitely different compared to others. It's all about a game of lying, cheating and just basically doing anything in your power to win. It deals with a lot of mind games, how people are affected with their relationships to each other and money. There are different arcs and some arcs or parts of the arcs can be really dragged out incessantly but other parts just go by and you're left leaving with a "O_O" look on your face. However, they do explain what happens later on so at least your brain doesn't explode from trying to figure it out yourself. This makes the story develop slower though.

Characters: 8/10
-1 for annoying Nao. -1 for somewhat stereotypical personalities in characters. +1 for tranny. I know it adds up to 9/10 but there's something that I can't place my finger on that made it an 8/10 Anyway, there's no character development really but some characters are really smart. The intelligence and thought put in by the author to make characters come alive is really good. When a character does something, you can really say "Yeah. I totally see them doing that." It's so well thought out and the plans and everything are awesome! The anti-hero image of Akiyama is a nice touch with him being an ex-convict. I'm not particularly fond of Nao cause I feel like she gets in the way =P Uhmm, the art is nice :D Simple and uncomplicated. ^_^ I like.

Overall: 8.75/10
It's a really good series. Intellectually stimulating and rather unexpected at times. The strategies thought out are all unexpected and they surprisingly work out in the end. I really like it and I would recommend it for those interested in puzzles, and the like, and maybe not for those who are more into action. There is also a live action version. I haven't watched it yet so I can't compare it to the ongoing series though but you can definitely check it out =)

7.24.2010

Dengeki Daisy

This next manga that I will be featuring is under shoujo, romance and school life on Onemanga. However, I'm also going to add action to that as well. This manga is more than just your typical love story and that's what made me take interest in it. The title of this manga is...

Dengeki Daisy

Storyline: 9/10
Although formula with the love, relationship and school aspect, the action involved makes it all the more better. It isn't just your typical "I'm a damsel in distress!" "I'll save you!" *arrives in some super cool way*. No. It's far from that. It's actually rather interesting the way they meet and there is this cyber/technological stuff involved and it hasn't fully revealed all the mysteries behind the specific characters yet. With the character's life in danger and the mystery clouding "Daisy" and her older brother, Dengeki Daisy's story is pretty good :D

Characters: 8/10
The characters are stereotypical =( A kind and somewhat helpless heroine, a vulgar and skillful hero, it's all normal D: The way they're drawn is nice but the design itself is too normal as well. But then n__n the hero looks so cool so +1 for that =P Also, their interaction may be pretty simple and expected but their relationships in terms of their occupation, "student", "janitor", "faculty", etc. is pretty creative :D Minute character development as the only development we ever see is the characters opening up and us finding out more about their past =/ which isn't much actually. @_@;

Overall: 8.5/10
I like it =) Although stereotypical characters, I guess the shoujo, romance and mystery/action aspect combined is something different from your typical dramatic and feelings-filled shoujo manga. It's funny at times and really cute too. Maybe if the characters were more dynamic, then the score would be pushed up. However, if you're looking for romance and a bit of mystery, then this manga would be for you x)

7.23.2010

Kyou Kara Ore Wa

Okay, next on my list is the latest one that has been added on my "To Follow" list and that is...Kyou Kara Ore Wa! Recommended to me by Kenn, I read it and got hooked. It took my two days to catch up to but now I'm keeping tabs on it like there's no tomorrow. So here goes...

Kyou Kara Ore Wa

Storyline: 9/10
It's different from what I have ever read. It's rare to read about two losers trying to make it big at a totally new school and succeeding so easily. It's hilarious and there's different stories and arcs each and every time. It always makes me laugh and it's just so stupid but it's hilarious! It's stupid and slapstick humour but you just can't help but laugh. The story though is like...going nowhere. At least, I don't feel that it is. It's just like a diary or daily recollections for the main character, Mitsuhashi. That's where the -1 came from.

Characters: 7/10
Formula characters with little to no development. Not that many surprises with what the characters are going to do in terms of whether it will be in character or not, but definitely many surprises in what they are specifically going to do. The art fits the story and the characters though =) They're just a really funny bunch xD

Overall: 8/10
Yeah, the overall score isn't so high but it's still funny. I recommend this if you're having a terrible day. It's so funny and outrageous! A high amount of profanity though but if you can see past that stuff then this is for you. Also, lots of fighting so it isn't boring :D It's really funny. That's all. LOL

7.22.2010

Yandere Kanojo

Kinda getting lazy on the vacation stuff. Going to squeeze out as much manga as I can while the websites are still up. If you haven't heard yet, they're going to be closing down. I'll only be spotlighting ones that I REALLY liked. I went through a lot and am following alot. I'll take it slow one by one =) So the first one in this series (hmm...well second since I had 666 Satan already) is...

Yandere Kanojo

Storyline: 8.5/10
The storyline is rather formula but the way it's presented is SO cute! Opposite worlds coming together as one but with a nerd and a yankee instead. It's kind of messed up in it's own way but, like I said, the way it's presented make it seem like it's totally normal and not out of the ordinary. Humour level would probably be up there if I can read, understand and interpret raw Japanese scans since it seems that at least half of the jokes made are puns that aren't as funny when they're indirectly read because of language barriers. The score is rather high because it's just soooo funny :P

Characters: 9/10
Stereotypical characters with the nerd being cool and calm, a zealous classmate that has an inferiority complex, a very yandere lady and a completely normal sidekick/friend. However, the SM sister and extremely introverted father are different and the way that they're involved in the main characters' lives are much more prominent compared to other manga, thus, making it more interesting. These two characters probably have to be the ones that caused the score to go up to 7. And what caused it to go up to 8? Only one word. Manabu. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! x)!!!!! *squeal* :D I want a Manabu. He's so cool n_n There's something appealing about Manabu's character and design, despite it being rather common. What else...mmmm...there is little character development with most of the developments being rather predictable and formula.

Overall: 8.75/10
Although uncompleted, it is a good read. Definitely fun and lifts yours spirits up =) I really really like this manga n___n Like, actually. It's too funny and too cute. Reina is just so clueless and Manabu is too cool hahahaha. I'd recommend it to those having a bad day because it will turn your frown upside down. Yeah :D It's fun! ^_^

7.13.2010

666 Satan

A break from the vacation stuff! After seeing this manga whenever I clicked on "Surprise me!" a bunch of times on www.onemanga.com , I finally decided to read it on Thursday. Or was it Friday.. ANYWAY. Point is, I read it and it's so good n_n

Storyline: 10/10
I love the storyline! It's kind of formula but the way that Seishi Kishimoto presents it and added bits of Jewish myths and whatnot make it better than your average action/shounen manga. It reminded me of Evangelion cause of the religious ties and I love Evangelion so yeah. Also, it ties in science into it as well. At first, the whole religious + science thing gets confusing but they explain it later on then it isn't so hard to get. The funny parts are put in at the perfect time and it is serious when it needs to be.

Characters: 8.5/10
The characters are rather stereotypical but I mashed character design in here too. There is character development but it's the type that you're used to so minus points for that. The art kinda reminds me of DBZ or Naruto o: I was kinda annoyed that Jio was shorter than Ruby even though they're the same age for the most part of the manga =/ But then Jio's evolved version looked kind of like Ryudo from Grandia 2, which is my favourite RPG <3, and I was like..LOOOVE <3 Hahaha. Also, the way the demons and angels were drawn was so well detailed. =) Abit of fan service here and there so it kinda throws you off abit @_@;;

Overall: 9.25/10
I loooooove this manga. It made me think, it made me laugh and it made me cry. It's definitely worth reading if you're into Evangelion. It isn't as dark but would remind you of it due to the similar themes of loneliness, father-less, fate-of-the-world-is-in-your-hands, etc. I hope that if they turn it into an anime, that it'll stay true to it's storyline but be even more dark and psychological with less fanservice. Wooooohooo. OKAY. So final verdict is that it's a really good manga and worth the read.

PS. If you wiki it, at the bottom, it says that it's a more mature and evolved version of Naruto. It does seem that way (I don't actually really follow Naruto but I understand what it's saying) and I agree with it. It's also not as drawn out. Plus, it's complete x)

Florida/Bahamas Vacation pt3

Day 4 - jul1
7:52am
Freaking hell D: It's so early and they say that it's already afternoon =_= Eyebags are huuuuge. I can feeeeeeel them.

9:03am
Woooh. Off to return the rental car and then to the Kennedy Space Center! Wooooooh. My kuya (big brother in Tagalog) is driving my aunt's car for now :p Anyway, he made a good observation. The houses and stuff look so stereotypically American. Each one has those mailboxes out on the front lawn and each house has a front lawn and back yard with older cars n_n It's rather interesting actually.

11:29am
Here at Kennedy Space Cetnre, I'm conducting a travel video experience of my travels to Mars! It's pretty funny :P

12:23pm
Wooooooooow. Talk about otakus. After seeing the VAB (Vehicle Assembly Building), the first thoughts that come into the minds of my brother and I include: "Imagine if an Evangelion was revealed!" or "What if an Evangelion was inside?" and "What if they find Evangelions on Mars?" tsk tsk tsk.

In other news, someone special to me seems to be with me everywhere and it includs Florida. I'm not sure why they used that code for it but they did. [censored] !!! Hahahahaha. Although now fully accurate and similar to their RF ign, it's VERY close. Took a picture just for them :)

12:50pm
JFK looks like Steve Hicks. LOL.

1:18pm
It's actually getting cold inside these airconditioned areas n_n Lunch time at the Moon Rock Cafe!

3:29pm
We're on our way back now and boy, is it hot in this car or what! We didn't get to go to all that we wanted to but it's okay. My dad said that it's because we didn't leave early enough. I don't really mind but that's pretty mean :( Oh well.

In terms of fam issues, my sister was being a real bitch earlier. She said that we were thinking of making her look greedy by taking pictures only with the camera that I'm usually bringing around. I said that we weren't and asked her where she got that idea from or who told her. She replied by telling me that, "Obviously, nobody would say anything," and I was just so mad. Freaking hell =_= like,  what the fuck? Is she THAT paranoid? =___=

7:45pm
Eating dinner at my aunt's house with her 3rd husband but without her. I rather feel bad for this man since he's alone most of the day. It's kinda awkward but then it isn't at the same time. I don't know o_O

Key Lime Pie isn't as good as I thought it'd be. It's too sweet :( it's like a sweetened version of the cake that Sergio's mom made for Valeria, except on Placebo.

9:40pm
I'm about to go to bed now since we're leaving at 4am tomorrow which means that I have to wake up at around 3-3:30am. In Vancouver time...
sleep = 6:40pm
wake up = 12-12:30am
leave = 1am
So this would be like a nap :P In any case, I swear R called me! He says no and I think he's been telling people but my caller id will prove it! It's really weird :/ but this is good because then a certain person will be turned off by the way I'm acting now (I hope) and I'll be inclined to stop liking said person. It's weird though since I feel like I'm in love with someone else already and I've begun liking this person. I don't know. Maybe it's just admiration, similar to what Tiffany had :o Admiration for the person who I'm hoping will be turned off by my attitude, not the latter person. Okaaaaay, getting off-topic again.

Uhm, my aunt has a dog, two birds, two chickens and a goldfish (I think) and each one has a peculiarity or interesting story in their own way.

dog = His name is Chico or Chito and he's a 4-month old Dachshund. He's very friendly and hyper x) He also bit off the wire cord of my aunt's cassette tape player LOL. He drinks water from the hose instead of his water bowl. I actually feel bad for this dog since he doesn't look like he's receiving much love :(

two birds = I think that they're supposed to be love birds but they act far from it. They don't sit next to each other that much AT ALL.

two chickens = My aunt said that once, she ran out of chicken feed so she fed them dog food and they laid two eggs the same day each. LOL. They're also fat :P

goldfish = It lives in a bowl with two shells and a real plant overflowing on top. Apparently, my aunt doesn't give it anything to eat and it somehow survived on it's own. I just thought that that's weird.

I watched an old mystery/cop-ish type movie earlier. It was really weird. This lady said she didn't think her husband would commit suicide but you find out in the end that he does. Apparently, he's "gay" and he couldn't live with it. He also killed one gay person and he was responsibly for the death of a gay mutilator somehow. It was REALLY weird <_<;;

XLVIII

So I caught up www.onemanga.com's latest update of Skip Beat and all I have to say is...

Oh.
My.
Fucking.
Grawrsh.

I'm SOOO hooked and SOOO into it that at certain chapters I was so jittery and squirmy and squealing. Then at a particular chapter, I rolled on the floor to get all the emotions out. Oddly enough, I felt two emotions within me all at the same time. Love and sadness. I know this because I was tearing up at some parts. *sigh* Definitely a total shoujo but has some more stuff to it. It's not SUPER shallow but rather but still has depth - even just a little bit.

I recommend Skip Beat. A definitely good read =)

XXXIX

BAHHH. I've been so angry lately. GRAWRGH!!

Okay. I've been drowning myself in mindless shoujo manga just because I can't get what I want. It's pretty sad actually. So this is the list of shoujo manga that I've read so far:

Faster than a Kiss
Desire Climax
Hapi Mari

and I'm currently reading B.O.D.Y.

If you're into the sweet, romantic and corny - yet predictable - stuff, then these titles are for you! You can find them all on...
